PRICING AND PROFIT MARGIN
The Acommodations mentioned onto our website i.e, Top Kashmir Tour and travels includes a specific profit margin added to the business to business rates provided by our esteemed partner hotels.
The pricings that are mentioned onto our website were last updated on 25-07-2024 and when you will be reading these policies the pricings may have been updated by our concerned partners.
The rates for the hotels onto our website are excluded of Taxes, Gst and other applicable taxes and those additional costings will be added separately at the time of bookings.
We are dedicated to ensure that all the pricings displayed onto our website are accurate as per our best knowledge, However in the case of any pricing error we hold the right to cancel any bookings affected by any such error.
Rates are Subjected to change or vary depending upon the seasons or any special festival / event.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Bookings are confirmed upon the receival of 80% payment of the total amount as an advance.
Remaining Balance to be settled prior to your check-in.
Rooms can be held on standby for only 30 minutes as the availability fluctuates on regular basis.
Kindly note that your bookings are not confirmed unless there is an invoice issued from our end towards you.
There will be no retention if the booking is cancelled 15 days prior to your arrival.
70% Retention will be applicable if the booking is cancelled 10 days before your arrival.
100% Retention will be applicable if the booking is cancelled 07 days before your arrival dates.
In case of early check-out the entire confirmation reservation amount is liable to be paid by the client.
HOTEL POLICY
Standard check-in timing is 02:00 pm and check-out time is 02:00 pm but these timings may vary from property to property.
A normal occupancy permits a maximum of 02 individuals per room. Additional persons will be charged extra for the same.
In case of triple or quod occupancy you can reach-out to our team member in order to get complete details for the same.
Childrens below 05 years of age will be complementary and can stay free of charge with their parents without any extra bed.
Childrens between 05 to 12 years of age will be considered as youths and will be charged as per the policy of the property.
Childrens above 12 years of age will be considered as full adults and standard charges will apply.
Guests are advised to present a proper identification proof at the time of their arrival / check-in
GROUP BOOKINGS
Group Bookings / Tariff are available on request .
All bookings are Guaranteed against credit card , cash payment , bank transfer & Upi payments.
LIABILITY
We at Top Kashmir only acts as a mediator between you and the property. We are not responsibe for for any issue that arise during your stay, including but not limited to hotel service , quality , facilities or amenities.
Our service is limited to the amount paid to the booking on our website.
We are not responsible for any loss , damage , theft of personal belongings during your stay at the property.
Any dispute / issue with the hotel service must be directly resolved with the hotel as we are not responsible for any dispute or issue.

We are not liable to to perform our obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, weather conditions, war , strikes , government restrictions.
